When Pelleas, Constricted King enters the battlefield, you become the monarch.
Defender
{t}: Pelleas deals damage equal to his power any
target except you or creatures you control. The
monarch may choose new targets for this ability.
While an opponent is the Monarch, all creatures
you control gain +2 /+2. Whenever you declare attackers the monarch may pick new targets
for the attack.
