Whenever you sacrifice an Artifact you gain a fear counter.
Whenever an Artifact enters your graveyard you
may exile it, when you do Peltar deals damage to
any creature equal to that cards converted
mana cost.
At the beginning of your end step Sacrifice up to
one target artifact, then deal damage equal to the number of fear counters you have to target player
or planeswalker.
