Penitent of Chronos

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may flip any number of coins. If you win all the flips, put that many charge counters on Penitent of Chronos. If it has three or more charge counters on it, remove them all and take another turn after this one. If you lose two or more, skip your next turn.
