When Pennywise, The Clown enters the
battlefield each creature your opponents control
gains two -1/-1 counters.
Whenever a creature with a -1/-1 counter dies
during your turn you may exile it. You may play
that card until your next turns end step and you
may spend mana as though it were mana of any
color to cast those spells. Then exile Pennywise,
The Clown with three time counters on it.
