When Penoptes or another creature enters or
leaves the battlefield, look at the top card of each player's library, you may cast any nonland
spells without paying their mana costs.
Whenever you cast a spell you don't own, draw
a card.
If another creature you control would die, return
it to the battlefield. This ability triggers only
once each turn.
