As long as your devotion to white and black is less
than seven, Penultimate isn't a creature.
When a creature under your control dies, exile it
and create a Compressed Time token unless your opponent pays {2}. If you control at least ten Compressed Time tokens, Penultimate gains Hexproof, Double Strike, and Deathtouch.
