People's Command

Council's Dilemma — Whenever a nonlegendary creature you control attacks, starting with you,
each player votes for strength or rage. For each strength vote, creatures you control get +3/+0
until end of turn. For each rage vote, creatures
you control gain deathtouch and trample until
end of turn.
People's Command can be your commander.
