Pepper, Unstable Ally

Whenever you or a permanent you control would be dealt 3 or more damage, you or
that permanent is dealt 2 damage instead.
Whenever a creature or planeswalker you control is dealt damage, Pepper deals that
much damage to any target.
I wouldn't do that if I were you.
