+1: Draw a card. Until end of turn, target creature you control gets +1/+1.
-3: Look at the top three cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand, one at the top of your library, and one in your graveyard.
-8: Create a copy of each creature you control. Those copies are green and blue Mutant creature tokens in addition to their other colors and types.
