Whenever Perfect Chaos Attacks Put a Flood counter on up to 3 target permanents.

•Creatures with 3 or More flood Counters are Destroyed.
•Lands are Islands in addition to its other types for as long as it has a flood counter on it.
•You may activate abilities of non-equipment artifacts with Flood counters as if they were your own.
