Perfect Oddity

When Perfect Oddity enters the battlefield, each
player reveals their hand and library. Exile all
cards named Perfect Oddity from all hands,
graveyards, and libraries. For each card exiled
this way from a player's hand, that player draws
a card.
Whenever you draw a card, add {c}. This mana
doesn't empty as steps, phases, and turns end.
