Perfect the Universe

At the beginning of your upkeep, if an opponent controls more lands than you, you may search
your library for a basic land card reveal it, put it
into your hand, then shuffle.
When this ability triggers and you control six or
more lands, you may instead gain control of target
land card for as long as you control Perfect the Universe. It gains "{t}: add one mana of
any color."
