Perfection

Gain a Perfection counter each time you deal combat damage, gain life, cast a noncreature spell, or on your upkeep if you did not take damage since your last turn. Lose two Perfection counters whenever you take damage. Gain the following effects: D - 5 Counters: Draw an a card at the start of your upkeep. C - 10 Counters: Add {2} to your mana pool at the start of your first main phase. B - 15 Counters: Reduce the cost of Expedition creatures by {2}. A - 20 Counters: Draw a card anytime you cast a noncreature spell. S - 25 Counters: Your commander gains +5/+5 and cannot be targeted by abilities.
