-Your opponent discards 7 cards.
-You may distribute up to 7 +1/+1 counters
among up to 7 creatures.
-You may distribute up to 7 -1/-1 counters
among up to 7 creatures.
Then, target opponent exiles the top half of their
library, loses 3 life, and draws a card, X times.
They skip their next combat phase.
