Peridot's OCD

Choose a player and card type. Sort the cards by
any number of the following:
- alphabetically,
- by color {c}{w}{u}{b}{r}{g} (choosing one
color to sort by for multicolor cards),
- by power,
{dash} by toughness.
Sources that target or block a permanent in that
place target the new card in that place instead,
if the new card is a legal target.
