Perihelion

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
put a sun counter on Perihelion and then deal
damage to each creature and each player equal to
the number of sun counters on Perihelion.
Then if there are 4 or more sun counters on
Perihelion, destroy all nonland permanents.
