Perilous Decision

If a player would draw a card on their turn,
instead they choose one.
Pay 2 life and draw a card or,
Gain 2 life and discard a card.
If a player would choose to lose life, then target
opponent discards a card. If they choose to
gain life, then target opponent draws a card.
