Perilous Portal

At the beginning of your next upkeep, if no
opponent has declared an attack at you, you
win the game.
Players can't attack you unless they pay {2}.
Each player must pay {2} more for each previous
opponent who did not declare an attack at you.
At the beginning of your next upkeep, if every
opponent has declared an attack at you, you lose
the game.
