Permafrost

Players do not draw during their draw step.
If a player has no cards in hand, they draw 7 cards.
If a player cannot play any cards from their
hand legally, they discard their hand
and draw as many cards as they discarded.
Each other player searches their libraries and puts that many basic lands into play tapped.
