Perpetual Balance

When Perpetual Balance enters the battlefield, each player may pay any amount of life and put half that many balance counters on Perpetual Balance.
No player can take more damage than the number of balance counters on Perpetual Balance each turn.
Whenever a player takes damage, they may add or remove up to 6 balance counters.
