Perpetual Plague

Destroy all creatures. For each creature destroyed this way, each player creates X 1/1 human tokens where X is the number of creatures that player controlled, that were destroyed this way. Each creature not destroyed this way gains "When this creature leaves play, each opponent gains a poison counter."
