Immediate - Whenever an opponent cast
an instant or sorcery spell, exile it then you may
pay {u}{u}{u}{r}{r}{r}, if you do put Perserii, Tree
of the Wisdom onto the battlefield. (This ability
may be activated at any time.)

When you cast Perserii, Tree of Wisdom, until
end of turn, whenever you cast an instant or
sorcery spell copy it, you may choose new targets
for the copy.
