Add 2 points of toughness to a tapped creature in your arsenal. Create 2 points of Persian power and conquer a Roman card to add your conquest. If your Persian princess card is tapped you have enough power to hold Roman Burrow as prisoner for ransom. You can ransom 1 to 24 points of power or toughness or a combined amount adding to 24. Though you have to release Burrow as your prisoner.
