For each creature you control: - If it is a Genin, put a +1/+1 counter on it. - If it is a Chunin, it gains First Strike. Put two +1/+1 counters on it. - If it is a Jounin, it gains First Strike and Vigilance. Put three +1/+1 counters on it.
