Pester Flea

Whenever Pester Flea blocks or becomes blocked by a creature, place a flea counter on that creature and exile Pester Flea. When the creature with the flea counter dies, return Pester Flea to the battlefield under your control.
Creatures with flea counters attack each combat if able.
