Pestilent Swarm

When Pestilent Swarm deals combat damage to
an player, exile it and put three plague counters
on target land that player controls. That land
gains "At the beginning of your upkeep, remove
a plague counter from this land. When the last
is removed, return Pestilent Swarm to the
battlefield under its owner's control, then this
land loses all other abilities and becomes
a basic Wastes."
