Creatures spell you cast with decay cost {2} less to
cast.
{x}{b}{t}: Search your library for a creature card
with mana value X or less, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle. That creature get
decay. (Creatures with Decay get a -1/-1 counter at
the beginning of their controller's upkeep unless they're paying 1 life.)
