with: "If a spell you control would deal damage to
an opponent, it deals that much damage plus one. Whenever a spell you control deals damage to an opponent, sacrifice Powder Keg.")
• Search your library for a creature with
converted mana cost 1 or less, reveal it and put it
into your hand.
