Phaedrith, the Seer

{2}{g/u},{t}: Exile the top two cards of your library face-down. You may look at and play those cards for as long as they remains exiled.
When Phaedrith dies, you may choose an opponent. If you do, that player puts all cards exiled with Phaedrith into their hand.
