chose a target, if that target is on the battlefield
by the end of your next turn, sacrifice it.
{b}{b}{b}: Target opponent loses 1 life and you
gain control of target creature you don't control
until end of turn.
{b}{b}{b}{t}: Target opponent loses X life, where
X is half their life total rounded down.
