Pharaoh's Apprentice

At the beginning of each upkeep, the player whose turn it is exiles target creature he or she controls.
Whenever a creature becomes exiled, each player other than that creature's controller may return a card exiled with Pharaoh's Apprentice to the battlefield under their control.
