Pharika's Black Ichor

A vial of liquid collected by Thaneia from
one of Pharika's blessed pools; upon her
arm breaching the surface the surrounding
liquid turned into an acidic black ichor,
burning her hand but collecting an amount
within the vial. It is of unknown potency
but a toxin from the God of Affliction will
be quite deadly.
