Clone Troopers you control without 87th in their names gain them
87th Clone Troopers assign their toughness equal to the amount of city lands and lands you can tap for either red or white mana you control
Clone Troopers you control have Vigilance as long as you control 2 city lands, and Vigilance and Lifelink if you Control 4 city lands
