Phases of The Moon

At the start of your upkeep, put a phase counter on Phases
of The Moon. If you already have three phase counters on it, start removing those counters from it during your upkeeps instead. Whence you remove the last counter, repeat the process.

Waterbenders, Avatars, and white Spirits you control
have +1/+1 for every phase counter on Phases of The
Moon. If it has three phase counters on it, those creatures have indestructible.
