Phasing

When a permanent "phases out", it is treated
as if it doesn't exist. This doesn't count as
leaving the battlefield.
During your untap step the "phased out"
permanent "phases in" before you untap.
This doesn't count as entering the battlefield.
A permanent that "phases in" can attack
and {t} to play abilities as though it had haste.
