At the beginning of combat, ctap.
(Tap up to three untapped islands you control. Phaze
gets +2/-1 until end of turn for each land tapped this
way. If three lands were tapped this way, Phaze
gains flying until end of turn.)
Whenever an artifact named Rock or an artifact
named Rocket Launcher enters the battlefield,
attach it to Phaze.
