Pheiros fights through hell

I- Target creature you control gains +1/+1 and
First Strike until the end of turn, it fights target
creature you don't control.
II- Pheiros fights through to Hell deals 2 damage
to every permanent you don't control.
III- If you control a creature with strengh greater
or equal to 4, exile Pheiros fights through Hell
and return it to the battlefield transformed.
Otherwise, remove 3 lore counter from this saga.
