Philosophical Encounter

Tap up to two creatures. The controllers of
the creatures can each pay {x} and then draw
that many cards. The amount of mana each
player can pay cannot exceed the converted
mana cost of their creatures.
A chance encounter can sometimes reveal hidden truths long sought after.
