Phoenix

When Phoenix comes into play for the first
time, it uses both abilities. (Phoenix must be
summoned by Phoenix Pinion)
Phase 3 - (starts with 3 Time Counters on it, each
time it phases in, remove a Time Counter. When there
are no Time Counters on Phoenix, it may use one of
it's special abilities)
Revive - Return all creature cards from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
Phoenix Fire - Deal 3 damage to all creatures not
owned by you.
