Whenever a creature you control dies, put a
+1/+1 counter on Phoenix of Retribution.
When Phoenix of Retribution dies or is put into
exile from the battlefield, put it into its owner's
library third from the top. Then scry X, where
X is the number of +1/+1 counters it had on it.
