Phoenix VS Dragon

When Phoenix VS Dragon enters the battlefield each player secretly chooses one opponent and one creature that player controls, those players and creatures have a Grudge counter on them if a creature with a grudge counter dies the opponent who marked that creature searches their library for a card and puts it into their hand. When a player with a grudge counter dies the player who marked he or she with the counter returns all nonland permanents in their graveyard to the battlefield under their control.
