Photon Grenades

Use in your opponent's Charge phase, when a Photon Grenades unit from your army is selected as a target of a charge by enemy unit excluding Monster and Vehicle units. Until end of the turn:
•Subtract 2 from that unit's charge rolls.
•Each time a model in that unit makes an attack, subtract 1 from the attack hit roll.
