Attunement to Phylactery is permanent.
Any creature attuned to Phylactery is
considered an Undead creature and it's
alignment is permanently changed to evil.
If you would die while attuned to Phylactery
you are instead removed from the current
adventure until your party completes a long rest.
Long Rest:
Discard an Ally or discard Phylactery.
