When Necrotic Relic enters the battlefield, create

Creatures you control have deathtouch.
Whenever a creature dealt damage by a creature
you control dies, you may pay {1}{p/b}. If you do,
exile that creature and create a 2/2 black
Phyrexian Zombie creature token.
We repurpose the bones of the dead. They have no need
of it, and it will serve the grand purpose of Phyrexia.
