Phyrexian Recycling

Instant and sorcery spells you control have Replicate {p/u}. (When you cast it, copy it for each time you paid its replicate cost. You may choose new targets for the copies.)
For each time you copy the spell beyond the first, double replicate the cost.(The second copy cost {p/u}{p/u}, the third {p/u}{p/u}{p/u}{p/u}, and so on.)
For every spell is a price. And the higher the price, the more power is achieved.
