Exile target creature for as long as this artifact remains on the battlefield. At the beginning of each upkeep, put a virus counter on this artifact. When this artifact leaves the battlefield, return the exiled creature to its owners control. Then distribute X -1/-1 counters among that players creatures, where X is the number of virus counters on this artifact.
