Creatures you control are Phyrexians in addition to their other types. The same is true for creature spells you control and creature cards you own that aren't on the battlefield. In addition, whenever a spell or permanent you control would reference a creature type it instead references Phyrexian, and replace all colored mana symbols with their phyrexian counterparts.
