Creatures you control that aren't on the battlefield have Enhance. Their Enhance cost is equal to their mana cost plus {2}. (When you cast a creature card for it's Enhance cost, it becomes an artifact equipment card with an equip cost equal to it's original casting cost. It becomes a creature again if you pay it's Enhance cost once more as long as this permanent remains on the battlefield.)
