Pia and Gonti

When Pia and Gonti enters the battlefield, each opponent exiles the top two cards of their library. During their turn, a player may play one card
exiled with Pia and Gonti, and they may spend
mana as though it were any color to play that
card. When a card is played this way, that card's
owner exiles the top card of their library.
Whenever a card exiled with Pia and Gonti is
played, create a 1/1 colorless Thopter artifact
creature token with flying.
