This spell can't be countered and the damage can't be prevented.
Piercing Glacial Wave deals X damage to each creature target player controls. Any creature(s) that survives the damage, doesn't untap during
it's controller's next untap step and loses all abilities until the end of the next end step.
Who says fire and ice don't work well together?
